The plan is $20 + taxes per month for unlimited 4G LTE service. The plan can throttle back speeds after 22 gb of data but at present, they seem to be running it wide open no matter how much you use.
A 'ZTE Mobley' device must be procured either through AT&T or purchased from an outside vendor if you can find one. AT&T says they will furnish one free with a 2 year plan agreement but they have none & don't know when they will have more. Some are available online but use caution as there are scammers out there. The normal going price of a mobley device is around $100.
AT&T data coverage seems to be good and speeds are very comparable and maybe even surpassing the Verizon Mifi I also have. Some are purchasing a power supply from vendors to use the device in their stick & bricks as well. The Mobley device plugs into the OBD II plug on most modern vehicles.
Check online and google to find more information. If I can answer any questions, post and I will reply asap.
