I purchased it through Amazon in January 2014. The system worked fairly well until July. At that time one of the sensors reported 104 PSI. That is impossible to actually happen. The system supposedly had a 1 year manufacturer warranty. I asked for assistance via the Tyredog website. After two weeks no response was received. I then emailed them. The response was since it was not purchased from them they would not provide any support. Bottom line is avoid this manufacturer as there is absolutely NO support from them. On an additional note I was submitting a review for this item on Amazon. For some reason the review was rejected. I opened a chat session with them to find out why my review was being rejected. During the course of that chat the representative told me to hang on, he would see what could be done. Amazon does not typically accept returns after 30 days. But in this case Amazon actually stepped up to the plate, sent me a shipping label to return the system and are going to refund the price. My review also got posted. It has performed flawlessly for me for 3 years. I purchased it from a guy who said he could not program it and had taken it off from his motor home and just boxed it up in his storage shed. I bought it for a fraction of what a new set would cost. He had the base unit with charger, 12 sensors, plus an amplifier to assist the toad signal in reaching the main receiver. I had no trouble programming the unit and just change batteries once per year. I have had one sensor go bad but it is out of warranty now and I am only using 10 anyway so I have an extra plus another I purchased off eBay. TireMinder, the same company, also sends new batteries each year plus free caps & o-rings if needed. burfurd Posted by: tnchuck100 On: Thu Apr 20, 2017 4:32 am Post subject: Re: Tyredog TPMS (tire pressure monitor system)I did replace it with a TST 507 system.
